We are proud to introduce our very first chocolate bar! Crafted by hand by us in our Worcestershire kitchen, these bars proudly deliver the nuanced flavour of their carefully selected Madagascan cocoa beans. These beans, sourced from the Sambirano Valley in the north of the country, have a remarkable 'red berry' taste which melts on the tongue and bursts into layers of fruity flavour, perfectly complementing the classic taste of a good quality dark chocolate bar.
The cocoa in each bar is stone ground for twenty-four hours, tempered and then set into our beautiful hexagon moulds - before being carefully hand foiled and wrapped. We hope they bring to you the delightful cosy moments we've shared taste testing them with friends and treating ourselves on an evening.
